Default Could Someone Explain Levels To Me?
I am reading about Enterprise since I thinking about it but want someone if possible to explain what Level 1, 2, 3 mean? Is it your pay or job title? Thank you for any help.

(this is for daily rental (DR))

level 1= Management Trainee (MT) / Management Assistant (MA) (hourly pay positions; you have to take an oral and written exam to progress to an MA)

level 2= Assistant Manager / Branch Manager (Salary + commision off the net profit of the branch + various other bonuses depending on the structure of your pay plan); you have to interview for these spots -- they're competitive

level 3 = area amanger; oversees multiple branches and basically manages the managers
