For those considering working at ERAC:

During the fiscal year that just ended, nation-wide company retention was 67%.

Think about that.

Nearly 1/3 of all the people working for ERAC quit this past year.

That should really tell you something about what working for ERAC is like.

I bet if you researched the employee retention numbers for other corporations that make the same kind of profits that ERAC does, they would all be MUCH higher than 67%.

Bets job in ERAC is recruiting, you know you will always have job security, plus you are given the authority to lie about the job to prospective employees.
