HELP BM - AM INTERVIEW!

I have my second interview soon. My first was with the HR person and the second will be with the BM-AM!

What type of questions will they ask me? I know it is a two hour thing!
Will it be hard?

It will not be hard. It will actually be pointless. They are just sizing you up to determine what kind of a person you are. Honestly, you could go in there and talk about the Patriots or the Red Sox for an hour and a half and get the job. ERAC is looking for people like you, that are excited about the prospect of working there. ANd if you are young, just out of school and have the whole frat/sororiety thing going, preferably single, then you will do fine.
