It's pretty funny to read the responses from people who think that this post is actually real.

This is a joke people. The meaning of this post is to either point out that people who work for ERAC cannot spell or that supporters (those that 'bleed green') cannot spell thus implying that that they lack intelligence.

The constant misspellings remind me of the emails sent from my Area Manager and Regional Rental Manager. It was reassuring knowing that some people in the company making six figures did not know the difference between to/too/two or your/you're and so on.

You people f'ing baffle me. I am assuming that everyone posting these great ways to get promoted, never actually got promoted. Here is an idea, admit that you were not that good and the better person actually got the position.

Just keep surfing the web in your new IT or desk job position. You are a loser! You look belittle and downgrade the good fortunes of those who work their ass off to get promoted. You couldn't hack it so I guess it is just unfair the way Enterprise promotes people. Im sure you are the best qualified person!

If somone came up too me said that they wee gonna teach how to run a million dollar business from cust service to money peope and inventory manageent... and they were gonna promote me and pay to get this educaton, I woudl say thats aweome and the best for me to be in. Look, Im a pretty smrat guy becuase where I went to school at I got above a 3.0 for mu business digree. But I learn stuff that is new every day that I never leaned in school -- and i get paid for it. Yeah its a hard job but improving your life and making a diffrence in the lives of cusomers isnt akways easy-- it is hard -- but i love challanges. Im sorry you could not hack as an employee but your always wecome to rent a car from me. Ill let you knw when Im promoted to levle III then well compair some bank accounts -- sucka!!

I was once a Erac employee, I was in the top 5 in my group for 14 straight months out of 155 employees in the the group, for selling auxillary products. I was also appointed by my area manager as a training employee for his whole area to train managers and employees on how to sell better. After doing this the area broke a package record and beat the old record by 2 dollars. My point is Enterprise does not promote the best employees rather they promote the one's who go to social events, sleep with upper management, and say the things that people want to hear. I'm sure I will have some Erac idiot reply to this posting and say this is not true and say a couple of unintelligent remarks. If people want to know the real truth about Enterprise this is the way it is POLITICS!!!!! Like most people when they first start @ Erac they are gung ho, But that shortly fades and you realize the poor decision that you had made.. This place is a revoving door, and it is not because people can't handle it, it is because the smart one's move on to better paying positions, as well as better opportunities.. Anyone out their that is truly looking to work at Erac I would definately continue your job search, because you will truly be dissappointed with your decision..Look at this whole web site, do you really think all of these people are lying, or do you think all of these people got fired, or never had harder jobs. Get real and think about it!!!
