The two corporations are trash jobs. Taking recent college grads who are looking to pay their student loans and take a plunge into the real world and completely expose them and lie to them. Both companies would promote monkeys if they could somehow trick customers into buying damage waiver. The only people who actually work these jobs are people who have to. Plain and Simple. Nobody would actually want to put themselves through what these people go through. Upper managment in these companies are a complete joke. No other corporation practices and treats employees like these rental car companies... The reason they get away with it? Your all too young to complain and have someone listen to you. Its not about hacking it or toughing it out.. its about being smart and not being brainwashed. Two more months.. get that MA.. good luck with that.

I was once a Erac employee, I was in the top 5 in my group for 14 straight months out of 155 employees in the the group, for selling auxillary products. I was also appointed by my area manager as a training employee for his whole area to train managers and employees on how to sell better. After doing this the area broke a package record and beat the old record by 2 dollars. For those who criticize ERAC, your just idiots and your just lazy bums who were affraid of working to make tons of money and ern the respect of your fellow employees.

I LOVE comeing to work every day and I work with some of the most entelligent and motivated people around!!

IF YOUR not afffraid to work hard and challange your self and have a grate life and make so much money you can pick up girls by showing them you're comssion check then work for the GREEN MACHINE!!!!

Hahaha...you went to Devry??? Wow..it is no wonder you work at ERAC, why don't you go to a real college and get a real degree. Devry is like going to an extra few years of high school.HAHAHA

Also, ERAC hires anybody out of college, I worked for a kid who graduated with a solid 2.0 GPA...that is impressive. I bet at Devry you can get your degree in muffin making and then get your job at ERAC and tell the world how the system worked "cause i gots me a job".

Also I am sure you were a charity case and they accidentally hired you on as an MT and not a car prep like they originally planned.

I am happy you make some big bucks, because I am sure working at McDonalds wasn't paying your bills. That $17.50 an hr sure adds up, and I am sure with your Devry degree and your amazing ability with grammar that you will be a VP someday with this company. I say that meaningfully since I know that this company will promote anyone and hire anyone..just look at yourself.

I have always said that this world needs ditch diggers, and I can think of no better ditch digger than an Enterprise employee.

If you have F'cked up grades, no prior work history, or no degree ERAC is the place for you to start.

If you work hard and get the hang of sales you can go work for a real company making MORE THAN DOUBLE and never working more than 40-45 hours a week.

If you are a lazy assclown or pothead and welfare wages (with the promise of greater income that will never come) sounds good to you, then ERAC is the career for you.

Look at the tools who make ERAC a career. Why do you think 12 major universities will not allow ERAC to recruit on campus anymore?
A garbage man makes more than any MT, MA, or AM. If you want to detail cars for a living you can go else where and get paid more while not having to wear a suit and tie.
