When you're all alone brushing your teeth in the morning, look yourself straight in the eye in the mirror in front of you and make an honest true assessment of yourself with nobody around to bullshit and you will come to terms you are nothing more than a tool pimping rental cars.

Steve and his non-Erac friends are hanging out. His buddies are talking about their jobs and bonuses and time off and stuff. Steve points to the sweet ass Cavalier in the drive way and says, "But I got a company car!" Tool!

Sounds pretty difficult to me.

It sounds more like a person with little or no self-worth and dignity to take on such a job.

Wow. You've learned a lot about me in a few posts.

You people are quick to stoop so low. I think your insult says a lot about YOU, not me.

Steve, I'm beginning to think you don't actually work for ERAC.

Two days a in a row you're on this site during the day. You can't get to this site at an ERAC office.

So, either you don't work for the company because they probably fired you (because we all know you wouldn't quit because quitters just "couldn't hack a crappy job"), or you are not doing your job and fucking around online at home and are thus a poor employee that SHOULD be fired.

So, which is it?

And if you love ERAC so much you probably should not be posting on and participating in a website that is dedicated to how dishonest of a company ERAC has become. You will always be outnumbered here, so it might be in your best interest, and in your beloved ERAC's best interest, to start concentrating on your work, and not on this site. You claim to take an hour lunch everyday, yet you are wasting it on this site? Since you love ERAC so much you should probably be taking a half hour lunch if you have so much time to spare.

Goodness, a work ethic! If I am as you put it 'A loser' you must be one of the sad enterprise robots who loves nothing more than sucking up to the big bosses. Really there is so much more outside of Enterprise, you may actually find yourself having a life! Your a typical Enterprise worker, bitter and throwing insults. Hint, it's the people that go on about how wonderful their own jobs are, who are trying to cover the fact that their jobs are actually terrible.........

Really...if you can do ERAC you can do anything. Don't listen to the above poster. I worked for ERAC for a year and now that I've left and found a better job I find the most stressful times of my day are nothing compared to the work at ERAC. It looks great on your resume, so if you get the job, stick it out for a while, not for years but long enough to impact your resume. You'd be surprised how many companies will try to hire you because of it.

I think a year of hard work will be good for me and will give me valuable experience--no matter what field I ultimately end up in.

I suppose it's sort of a test for me. An "If I can do this, I can do anything" thing.

If nothing else, I think this forum has actually convinced me to take the job if I get it. Sounds crazy ... but it's true!

Thoughts/Survival tips? What to expect in second and third interviews?
I'm sure you'll get the job as the bar is set pretty low at Enterprise. I intended to do the same thing, only work one year, gain some experience, make myself marketable, then bail for something better. The problem is, this job sucks the life out of you. 55 hour workweeks and 29K a year will leave you demoralized and drained to the point you won't have time to update a resume and you can forget about the liberty to actually look for a job or interview.

If you have family that works in the mortgage or insurance sector you may be better off trying that since those industries are always looking for fresh faces. The one benefit is you'll work 40 hours a week. Trust me, Enterprise is hell!

Mortgage and insurance people log long hours too, but it is not mandatory. The difference is that by working longer hours in those fields you really add to your check.
