Default degree mandatory?

I have several years of solid sales experiance on my resume, most recently as a mortgage banker with a large retail lender. I landed my first sales job right out of the military and school just never got in the picture. With the credit crunch of Aug 07 I was laid off and back in the job market. Now I know all about the bad things being said and I can tell you from experiance that there is bad things in every company, but Would I even have a shot without a degree??

NO. If you have sales experience you can get a job. I would not advise it, because there are so many better ways to earn 10 an hour, but it's a personal choice.

Half of my office, 10 employees, had no degree. So that pretty much makes your statement a pile of shit

Your prior military service will suffice for a degree.
seriously though, i'd consider re-enlisting before choosing ERAC.
dodging bullets in the iraqi desert is a better fate than renting cars imo

Stay the Phuck away man!!!

I'm in a year now and the only reason is because I have a damn mortgage (my wife is the only reason I can afford it since I don't get paid jack). I took the job because of her relocation and desperately needed a job in the area. I would only view this job as a stepping stone to something else. One year and done. Unfortunately, they work you 55 hours a week so you won't have time to update our resume or look for jobs let alone actually go to interviews.

Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
