| There are certain people who crank the $$$$$. You have to be tough like iron to make it to the promised land in the company. They don't hand it out to just anyone. Being successful at Enterprise requires a work ethic and commitment to the core values. It's not for everyone mind you (as this message forum proves). But, organizations like the Navy SEALS or Green Berets are not for the masses either. It's similiar, any elite organization is tough to rise to the top. |

being successful at erac means being buddy buddy with your superiors (sucking dick if you are a chic), lying, cheating and scamming customers, and outlasting those who quit/fired. At erac, the worst rise to the top |

the word is out there about ERAC, do some research of your own. it's not just this website, and it's not isolated incidents. long pay, shit hours, inept management...college grads are getting wise to this. the word is out there |

| Driving the new cars was always kind of fun, especially if it were a Cadillac or other luxury vehicle. Also, being able to clean your own car using the Enterprise wash materials was a small perk as well if you didn't mind using the brushes on your paint finish. Otherwise, the job sucked. |

| Here are some extras for ya. Buy breakfast for your dealerships and take some for yourself and the same thing for lunch. Use tire shine for your vehicle. How about a few extra phone charges for ya. You don't have to buy one if you work for ERAC. |

| The only benefit was the free booze at the happy hours. Trust me, though, it doesn't make up for the long hours, low salary, and embarrassing job. Oh yeah, occasionally your manager would splurge and buy about 3 $5 pizzas from Little Caesar's and everybody was able to stay in for lunch. |
