Default after 3rd interview

I just had my third interview with the regional vice president...the interview went okay, not great, not bad, just okay! He seemed pleased, and said my recruiter would give me a call. Is this bad? How do they usaully offer someone the gig?

I would'nt worry about it. If you can wash cars with a suit on your in. Oh and work 7 to 6. Its great training and it will lead to something better Im sure of that.

If you didn't go to lunch on your third interview and sign your employment docs and show your ss card-you didn't get hired. Consider yourself lucky and keep on interviewing.

I remember when I was offered "the gig". I said I would decide over the weekend (I was called at half five on a friday) and the recruiter sounded dead suprised, as if everyone jumped at the opportunity to work 56 hours a week. How truly arrogant they are...
