Re: Question about 2nd/3rd Interview Dude- Honestly, I started working here 3 months ago and I am already looking else where. Its pretty hard work, and it's truely not for everyone. Long hours, 50+. And the pay isn't that good 32K first year. But honestly, it will teach you that there's a BIT more to renting cars then you think. And honestly there is one good thing I think most people here on the site will admit to (if they're honest)...the people you work with are pretty cool...you're all in the same boat so you get pretty good bond going. I was in the military and although it's not the same..it's still a good bond. And to be totally honest if the people weren't as cool as they are.. I would have quit my second week. But hey, its a job. And work is called work...not fun. And if it was easy, everyone in the world would be doing it. So if nothing else you can keep your head up that you work with some pretty good people, at least at the branch level. I have no clue as what it's like above that, and I am not going to pretend to have those answers like others on this site. The third interview is just to see if you have any people skills what so ever. If you can speak english..welcome to Enterprise!!! Even if you can't..at least you can be a car prep.. |
