what is the deal???

Today i completed my third interview...every single interview was exactly the same, same questions, same format...i am so confused. anyway, at the end of the interview he asked me when i could start and that my recruiter would be in touch with me within 48hrs., didnt make me an offer...what is the deal? how do they usually offer someone the position?

I have my 3rd interview in a few weeks. What did you do during your interview. They told me that it was a branch visit for 2-3 hours and then an interview. Thanks for the help.

I have been warned.. now please tell me what the 3rd interview and branch visit is like and if there are any futher interviews after that.

the 3rd interview is just like all the rest, same questions just different person...the branch observation was my second interview, unless your counting that phone interview as one.
