Recent Interview

I had read this site before going in to my interview. Thank you for saving me the hassle. I went to the interview anyway, just to see how much bullshit the recruiter would try to feed me. I wasn't even enthusiastic because I knew everything she said was pretty much a lie. "It's so great, you advance really fast, starting pay is $27,000 a year which turns out 48+ hours a week..." etc. Well, she asked if i knew anything about ERAC, and I blanked. i had read nothing good about the company! not only from this site but others. so, i just said i didn't know very much just to get her to move on. when it came time for me to ask questions, i asked her to relate to everything i had learned on this site. for instance, high turnover. she didn't like that question....she blanked for a minute then rambled about something that it's a job you have to put a lot of hours into and a lot of people just can't cut it. well, yea right bitch. it's not the hours, the company obviously isn't doing what they say they do and the monetary promises are bullshit, just like the insurance. oh, and to boot, a friend that works with ERAC said, "make sure to refer me, they like employee referrals." ha, i know why the fucker said it after reading on here. If i got hired, he gets $1000, or so they say...

Needless to say, I got the "horrible" email that said they decided to persue other recruits. I knew the outcome before I was done speaking, no shit you didn't want to hire me. don't worry though. In the reply email to her so called "Enterprise Qualities I Lacked" I made sure to mention the site...

dude count your blessings you did not get that job. literally, it would have been a waste of 1 or 2 years of your life. the job sucks, people that work there know it, and you can do better. good luck.

Warrior, you are such a tool. You are making fun of a fast food employee, but you are really no different! The only difference is that your hours are longer, you wash cars in your suit, and you were REQUIRED to get a college degree to work there. I'd say you are the dumbshit.

Funny thing is that by saying that people who leave erac only work at fast food joints means thats all the job equips you for.He shot himself in the foot really.Just shows any new hires what the job entails....have fun cleaning cars losers!
