I'll agree that people who work at ERAC are hard workers!

However,
Anyone can get a job @ ERAC for minimum wage!
People who get jobs @ ERAC couldn't get a real job and are promised the world, bonus, mgmt trainee bs, promotions, and bla bla bla!

It's what I call a "drunken" frat boys last resort job.

Like I said, I have a buddy that worked @ ERAC and worked his ass off,
my question is why?

there are plenty of other great jobs out there that pay wayyyyy better and have provide equally if not better training....

ERAC Sucks!

The thing is that Enterprise will promise new grads the world. They will lie about the income and growth potential. They will tell you about the 6 figures in 6 years and that you will run your own business.

I bet recruiters never told new grads about making $11.00 an hr and that you will work 50 to 55 hours per week. And I bet that they never tell that you will have to clean cars in your business suit. And I bet that they never tell that you won't get promoted if you don't sell the extra insurance.

It's all about lies and painting a pretty picture to new young grads. I hope that more and more people come to this site and see the real truth behind Enterlies.
