Take the job, but do it really half assed. Don't EVER go out with people from there after work. Don't go to the fucking happy hours. Do the bare minimum to keep them from firing you. And look for another job the whole time you're there. When you do quit, tell them you just "can't hack it".

Welcome to Hell.

Well it was my first time. I explain this in another thread. I Grossed 10000 but, capital gains and the lawyer took me down to 5500 I'm very happy and KB homes hates me. I did a triple closing. A KB Area Manager, lets call him, told me never to think about doing it again or he would sue so I had my Real Estate lawyer, for free, write him and his boss a letter. That was real fun. His boss wrote a letter back to me saying I could buy any home they build at anytime.

Ok, now I get it. You flipped a new construction. You need to live in florida. I made 120K on a new contruction flip, with no more than a couple grand down. How many minivans would I have to wash in my suit to make 120K????? Party on erac lovers.....

If you don't get out now you are trapped. ERAC is a good resume builder. Most companies know you work long hours for nothing. Living pay check to paycheck is an understatement. Good luck.

DO NOT DO THIS! Do not take this job and assume that you will be able to half ass it. Also, you do not want future employers finding out you are a half assed employee. If your going to do the job, let your work ethic reflect you true personality. Dont go through life doing anything half assed. If you take the job, bust your ass then use it to build your resume.

The point is they get people right out of college, hoping to mold and train them into robots, to get them to stay there for the rest of their lives...

there are better ways to go after college, there really are other options

I'm with ya, I have my second interview scheduled with Erac and am currently interviewing with several other companies... this website along with others I have seen (crazy how much bad press is out there about erac) has caused me to think about canceling my second interview... I have to drive an hour and a half there and I'm starting to think its not worth the gas money.
