you're like a cog in the machine. If you fail you are replaced with the next college fool they can catch with their net. I have a few friend that I went to college with and they all hate erac too. Don't do it. It is just a waste of time and it will drain you of every thing you have. When you are dry and spent, they will toss you out by coming up with stupid @ss excuses. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

Only 1/1000 ever make it to the 6 figures, and even if you do...the job SUCKS! Talk about performance pressure! When you consider selling your soul for 10 bucks an hour with a college degree...I think you should trust your gut and the numerous posts and run away!!!! You will thank us later! Besides, a bunch of your college friends will end up at erac, and you will hear their horry stories too....and you will thank us again!

If you're not sure yet. Call a few offices and randomly talk to people. Some Enterprise groups really suck to work in....others are great. If it's a fun environement, you will learn more than you might at some other retail jobs. If the environment sucks, they go somewhere else and enjoy yourself a little.

If you take the job think of it as a game. Say to yourself "I am a anthropologist looking to do some field work" do not take anything for face value. This industry is very slick they work on many levels and understand their employees very well. IF YOU ARE NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT CAN QUIT DON'T TAKE THE JOB I started last year at $9.23 and I believe my last check was something like $9.40. I have made a lot of money in the last four months without Enterprise or any other company for that mater. I just flipped a house for a net net profit of 5000. Do what you need to but please don't take this job.
