No, they wouldn't be mad at you...just that if you are trying to work for ERAC between now and grad school...DO NOT TELL THEM that you are EVER planning on leaving, as they will most likely NOT hire you as an MT. Please, whatever you do, work someplace else that understands that you won't be there for the "long haul." You would be paid better at Mickey D's, seriously, and be much less burnt out before you take on grad school. You may want to look into internship positions in your chosen field...I would bet that they'd pay better and you would get a much better reference from something like that than ERAC. And, also, if you are planning on a reference from ERAC, I believe that, in most states, your previous employer is only allowed to give dates of employment, not personal opinions. So, if you worked at ERAC, you would have a few extra grey hairs and some frazzled nerves but nothing else that would be worth it, I PROMISE you. Besides, you have dreams, so don't give ERAC the satisfaction of crushing them.
