You will make about $11/hour plus over time. My base was "$32,000", but that was based on working at least 10 hours a week of overtime. Do the math. For a normal 40 hour work week, you'd make $21,000 your first year BEFORE taxes. The salary at ERAC = CRAP for someone with a college degree.

You don't get commission until you make management assistant and if you may never "hack it" to that level if you are honest and don't use double talk.

There are no bonuses that I know of. However, you may get a cooler or duffle bag at Christmas which I guess means you can expect a first year salary of $25,015

I worked for Enterprise last year and they told me that my "base" salary was 35k, but in reality I was making $11.00 an hour.

Let me break the 35k

40 Hrs at a little over $11.00 per hour

10 Overtime Hrs at around $17.00 per hour

That equals 33K per year before taxes

Plus every time you pass one their evaluations (stages) you will get money

Stage 1 $250.00
Stage 2 $250.00
Stage 3 $500.00
Stage 4 ( Grill) $ 1000.00

That equals the 35k they offered me

So in reality Enterlies "Base Salary" consists of regular base salary + overtime + Bonuses you will get when you pass an evaluation.

Other companies base salary = base salary
Enterprise "base salary" = base salary + overtime + bonuses for completing a stage.

you forgot to add all the possibilities and potential one will have like retiring at 40, making six figures in six years, making pro athlete money, living in the best neighborhoods, keiki attending the most exclusive private schools, belonging to the most priviliged private clubs, and so on and so on, lmfao!!!!!

I know i'll be working more than 40 hrs/week...but i really need to know the salary.
can someone help?
Bottom line is you can expect around $30k-$32k. Overtime is INCLUDED into that number already. Of course MT's never work a 40/week so Enterprise factors in the overtime pay to make it look comparable to other jobs out of college. Working more than 40hrs/wk is an understatement. you will be closer to 50-55 hrs/wk. You will find yourself working through lunches and not getting paid for it. If you need a day off, be sure to ask well over a month in advance...and even then it won't be guaranteed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOB.
