Yeah, your driving record is what ERAC is most concerned about. Although, they do check your credit report as if it is any of their business. But if you have good credit, prepare for it to be ruined by having to use excess credit cards and personal loans since ERAC compensation itself is not sufficient to cover basic means (rent, groceries, utilities).

I was at a job fair about three years ago when I saw an E chimp at his booth pimping the green dream so decided to have a little fun. I talked to him for about ten minutes and must have asked at least a dozen questions pertaining to their drug testing policy, what they test for, how often, random, etc. He looked at me like I was nuts but it was fucking great especially since he had a bunch of hopeful chimps lined up behind me

18 years old and drunk. Rode with a friend. Turned out the car he was driving was stolen. Then to make matters worse he fled from the police. The cops would not believe I had no knowledge it was stolen. GTA dropped down to posession of stolen property. Second one was cashing a check for a different friend. Turned out the check was a forgery. He had made them up on his computer and cashed about 50 of them. COps didn't care that I had gotten taken. They were convinced that I was part of the scam because of the previous conviction. Yeah real smart. Perpetrate a scam by cashing a forged check at your own bank, real slick. I ended up with an Uttering a forged instrument charge. The good part about these are I was given the classic choice. Jail or military. I chose the military and have never regreted it. Needless to say neither of these people are my friends any longer, and I tend to be much more picky in who I choose as friends.

One of my many rotating managers told me he has a theft over $500 on his record and ERAC hired him anyway. We have also had numerous people (even a couple AM's) get DUI's in 09 and instead of firing them, they were either not allowed to drive ERAC cars or got moved to the callback center.
