Do you think for a second that Andy Taylor wasn't put in a situation to succeed? I'm sure dad made it gravy for him to work his way to the top. Geez...no wonder you're only a part time driver.

You are putting yourself in a major legal situation if something were to happen with a customer in your personal car. Andy Taylor did not go through the normal corporate ladder like everyone else. His path was clearly defined from the get go. He was merely a puppet to show how the system should work. Think Kim Jong Il from Team America with a big E logo on his shirt.

There are only a few states that have any laws in place regarding breaks, and usually they only pertain to state employees. Why do so many people think they are legally entitled to two breaks and a lunch hour? Meal and rest periods are common in the workplace (other than ERAC), but they are not legally required, in most cases.
Good point. I did not know that. Every job I had was like that though until I met ERAC...

Interview is tomorrow and I'm thinking I'm not gunna waste my time with this company by showing up....read some of the recruiters blogs and it made me want to puke my guts out....I guess I could just show up to see what she looks like I suppose and throw a few jabs at ERAC but seeing as these people seem like soulless individuals seems like a waste of time to me.....thanks for the questions they were good

I would suggest to interview just to get the experience.. When they call you to offer you the position, then you can tell them to stick it up their ass.

All I have to say is this, I woke up this morning at 7:45 (ERAC people already started an hour prior) and I turned on the news and saw that the temperature was going to be 10 below zero. Not to mention, it snowed New Years Eve and New Years Day, which means all those dropped cars are covered in snow and some ice. It made my day so much better that I did not have to worry about freezing my ass off brushing off cars, getting into cold, frozen cars to pick up customers or risk of frost bite going into my work day.

It's ok, though, the higher ups will probably promise them some free beer for their troubles and everything is well in ERAC land.

I agree. You should go do the interview just to get the experience of being asked the same questions by three different people at three different times (insert sarcasm). They want to make you think the job is really important and that not everyone gets in. I would suspect no one at ERAC went through professional interview training. Thus, they probably know whether or not they are going to hire you within five minutes of walking through the door. Out of the four people who interviewed me, only two were still with the company when I started a couple months later.
