well I did end up going and all I have to say is wow....It just sounded like she was trying to sell me something that I had a slight interest in and then blowing the sale by opening her mouth. I feel sorry for anyone ever part of this company no matter what level of success they've achieved. No straight answers really to my questions especially the hours, pay, and benefits. I think anyone who is not feeling great about their job should go interview with ERAC it makes you feel better. I don't have any experiences with ERAC and I still get the feeling everyone at that company reads through this site. I think even though there looks like there are a lot of disgruntled people posting here there is too much truth to ignore it I guess

What questions did you ask, and how did they respond?

I don't know if they are hurting for people or because it was the first face to face interview but I interviewed with the recruiter here in my town. Maybe the 3-4 person panel would have come at the next interview? Anyway I asked if I would be working 45-50 hours a week max because I have a family life and she couldn't give me a definite answer. I asked her about retention and her answer she didn't know exactly but she'd get back to me. I asked quite a few from the list you guys gave me and I really don't feel like typing too much but it just didn't feel right. I remember the question about the average age of the employees there lol...I don't think they would have hired me because I'm over 25 and have experience so I can't be bullshitted like green out of college kids. The last thing I got into was pay and I broke down what the hourly wage would be to her and she went right into a variation of the 6 years 6 figures spiel. I was so ready to get the fuck out of there and quit wasting my time I forgot to mention the site but I'm sure with all the specific questions I asked she probably knew I had seen the site. Washing cars in a suit for 10 bucks an hour lol...that's less than these detailers make here with tips they probably make more than 10

This is hilarious, so I am a new graduate and came to this site because.....YOU GUESSED IT! ERAC called me a few days ago, I just graduated not even a month ago.lol I didn't answer but they left a message, so I went to this site (found it on wikipedia) did my research and WOW you guys are right. and I started doing heavy research on ERAC, so next time they I would be ready for some killer questions.

So........I called her back around 2:30 the next day. She went on and on about how selective they are and how they are only picking the best of the best and how they get HUNDREDS of resume's every few days....."we are very selective in who we hire at ERAC, we dont accept everyone." So...what did I do? I started asking salary,work/life conditions and suggested questions on this site...she was SHOCKED to hear this coming from a recent college grad! At the end of the call I was a dick and said "I went to failingenterprise.com and found out some interesting habits of ERAC".....then she HUNG UP!!!!!!!!!! hahaha (no joke!) thank you guys so much, you seriously saved me from misery.

-cheers

you know so many graduates out there are just looking for a first job I know they get people but the amount of people that turn down the job must be huge.....I mean you have to know something is up when they have millions of job listings everyday of every week of every year.....that's a sign to look elsewhere there young people....not to mention there are way to many people talking about the same issues with the company....and to make sure go visit some branches in your town and talk to the employees or just look at them they look beat up

How will I be rewarded for giving my entire life to a company that could give two sh*ts about me?

What easy pass did you get to get to this position? Did you start 10 years ago, when the company was actually growing? Did you steal from your customers and train your employees to overcharge their customers?

What tactics did you use to make your numbers look more "cosmetically" pleasing?
