I just would like to know the thought process of these "bonuses". Do they take meetings after meetings to decide what to give, or 1 week before Christmas, somebody from corporate looks in the ERAC book and throw a dart to it and orders it. Multi-billion dollar corporation and can't afford at least $100 for each employee for their bonus. What a joke. | I think they throw darts at it...LOL. Back in the 50's (when the ERAC business model was conceived) pens and toy cars were cool and were probably acceptable gifts for their time. Unfortunately, 50's economic conditions are long gone and ERAC hasn't quite realized that (or just doesn't care). __________________ Enterprise will always be around after you leave, for you, there will always be life after Enterprise |
