I am not taking a position at ERAC and glad I found this site, but I still have one question.
How is ERAC number 5 in Business Weeks top companies to launch a career???

Because of all the lies that upper management and recruiters tell people. I remember all the lies that my recruiter told me about Enterlies and all the benefits , and what a great company Erac was blah, blah blah. Only employees, former employees and some customers really know what happens @ Erac. Reporters and journalists don't have an idea of what really happens, they believe all the bs that upper management and recruiters say.

I would love to see one of those recruiters cleaning cars in a 15 degree weather in their business suit. Their opinion about Enterprise will change in a second. Imagine them cleaning 20 cars at 6:00 AM right after a snow or ice storm.

Why don't reporters know about their crap, why hasn't anyone ever done an undercover report on the selling of cdw to customers?
