I have to say that although I hated most of my time at ERAC, I'm glad I took the job. I left after 2 years as an assistant mgr and my current employer at least thought that I was somebody for being in mgmt at such a "prestigous" company. I left ERAC for 10 hours less per week and a 32% pay raise. Don't get me wrong, I made some good friends while at ERAC and had some good times but then my mgr got promoted to a bigger branch and they brought in a bi-polar lesbian chic and for the next 6 months my life was hell. The point of that story is that who your mgr is makes all the difference in the world for your ERAC career.

hoooooooooooooly cow ... gag me with a spooooooooooon ... but I can believe it ... cuz while working at ERAC working ONLY 2 good BM's I myself have come across control freaks, kicked-off-the police force, dishonorably-dismissed-from-military, fired-from-26-jobs and other assorted misfits of society "employees" .. but "bipolar lesbian as BM" does take the cake ........

3 yrs, and I only had one good BM. He was good to me, but that doesn't mean that he was good to his customers or his business ethics, I've done so many fucked up shit under his orders for the sake of covering his ass and his numbers and shit.

Oh yea, good ol grease has been takin ecok up the ass for a long time!!
