| Who at ERAC is really, honestly living the dream? Show of hands? You in the back there, yes, no? I have been out of ERAC for a bit over 3 years and I am really living the dream. Things have been great since I left, I have an awesome job where I make more than I did as a BM and work a fraction of the hours. I get 11 paid holidays plus 5 weeks vacation. OT kicks in after 35 hours and the office closes early every Friday of a holiday weekend. I have traveled to Alaska, Mexico, Europe, Yellowstone and the Tetons, Florida Keys, Vegas, and many other places since I have left without any worry of getting time off or of what was happening while I was out. My wife and I are about to purchase our first home and we have lots of time to spend with family and friends, going to dinner, parties or skiing for the weekend. The warm weather is almost here and soon I'll be able to bang out of work at 3 to meet some friends for drinks right on the water. basically since leaving I have learned to enjoy life. I was recently in San Diego and actually rented a car from ERAC just for the day. We went to the beach, hung out, drank some beers. When I returned the car that afternoon I almost laughed when I saw the poor chimps in their white shirts and ratty ties, and here I was in shorts and a t-shirt and flip flops. Life is good. So c'mon, let's hear from current ERACers who are living the dream. |

| aw, cmon...those "poor saps" will be making 6 figures in 6 years, dont ya know! They are putting all those hard hours now for....well, for...um, more hard hours and more responsibility and a microscopic raise...but the area manager makes like $11 billion dollars a month, right? Screw you for bettering your life and coming back here to speak words of truth, you just COULDNT HACK IT at ERAC. Enterprise frowns on your shenanigans and has no use for free-thinking, individualistic, motivated people like your sorry ass. What a loser! I love ERAC and the myriad opportunities I have through my awesome job! I learn so much every month...from learning how to clip coupons, to how to get out stains in my white shirts, to buying quality low grade black shoes, how to gain 20 lbs without realizing it, ERAC gives me like so much free beer, its like a perk of the job! I laugh at all my college friends who have jobs that give them freedom of time, company cell phones, company cars, expense accounts, money to buy a home, and the ability to enjoy life...who needs that when in 3 years I will be making tons o' cash as an area manager! (I have been told that I am way ahead of everyone else and that I 'have a future here', so I KNOW I will be rolling in it here soon) by the way, I am a little short on my bills this month, can I borrow a dollar? |
