P.S. Only 19 hours after posting that message I got a phone call from an attorney for Enterprise! We'll talk more next week.

Oh there have been far worse things said on here but the cult gets upset when you blaspheme. You got some ERAC attorney's panties in a bind, consider it an honor.

Wow, good job! Usually you just get the attention of the paralegal, but this time a real JD called you. I think you had to like that a little.

ERAC should clean up their own backyard first.

I think it's a paralegal who monitors the site on a daily basis (hello Angela Smith!), but they leave the telephoning to genuine lawyers. The last two times they've been lawyers out here in San Francisco that were hired by Enterprise. I wonder why I don't just hear from the lawyer I'm used to talking with in St. Louis?

Maybe that lawyer got fired to make room for a fresh law school grad.

Maybe that lawyer got a conscience and wanted to practice real law.

I imagine ERAC treats its lawyers like all its other employees.

That is why this site exists, and also why I think a new round of post cards is needed.

Well, the first thing we'd need is an updated mailing list for U.S. branches. We got the last one from an FE supporter who found the information in a public library. It needs to be in a usable electronic form. And we don't want one stolen from inside Enterprise.
