Default Area Manager

What are the qualifications to become an Area Manager?

How many years do you have to be a Branch Manager?

What kind of things do they look at to see if you qualify to be an Area Manager?

What's the interview process?

How many Area Managers are there?

You say you can sell.

Not enough to justify the time you put in.

They look at filling holes vacated by people with real work ethics. If you can survive long enough to run a branch for about 3 yrs and bullshit your way into your RVP's heart, they will just give you the shitty branches to cover. As for how many AM's there are---WAY TOO MANY!

My area manager had a roommate in moderate to low income housing. The word was she made about 70k... anyways she looked like hell, cursed like a sailor and basically hated her existence here on planet earth.....stay with the company five years to fill those shoes......right

-The qualifications consist of you being at ERAC for several years, have been performing well as a Branch Manager, and that you bleed green.

-Just to get interviewed you are suppose to meet company standards for Customer Satisfaction. They will look at your performance over the years at different branches and how you have impacted the performance of those branches. Most importantly they want someone to preach the ERAC gospel, all of your response give the indication that you love Enterprise and that you think it's the best company ever.

-I don't know the exact number of Area Managers for ERAC, but a fair estimate would be 1 Area Manager for every 5 or 6 branches.

My Area Manager was not too samrt but he did have connections with strip clubs, bars, and cocaine suppliers. This helped him move up th charts at ERAC quickly.
