There isnt anything good about it.you will wash cars all day and write rental tickets.its not fun,its not well paid and it isnt very respectable either...god it was sooo boring!

It doesnt even look good on a resume.... interviewer-so what did you actually do at erac on your internship? college grad- I washed cars out back in my suit for 12 hours a day! interviewer- ok, anything else? college grad- Yeah...I would walk people around cars and get them to sign contracts. interviewer- is that it? college grad- Yes! interviewer- Get the fu ck out of my office and stop wasting my time. Mcdonalds is hiring around the corner if your interested!

its does suck dick.... you know how you can tell....because this guy wants you to believe it looks great on a resume because he knows thats why most people take the job at ERAC...If you realise it wont help you one bit when you go to get a real job it means he loses out on hiring people and working them to death before they quit. The reason I know it means nothing is because I speak to people all the time about hiring people. My wife hires people for sales positions.SHE WOULDNT LOOK TWICE AT ERAC ON A RESUME!

It doesnt matter though. They hire people from all sales areas...shes knows that erac doesnt train people though so doesnt take any notice...ERAC work is a joke...only insurance companies would look twice...eveeryone else knows what it is...wake up and smell the coffee.. also not only does she hire people...she runs seminars on coaching people running their own businesses. Her company is recognised as a top producer. She flys on the company plane and she works 8 till 5 mon to fri....like any normal human being... erac has brainwashed you...no one cares about your experience there.it means nothing!

I have to agree with JeahHo on this one. I'm not a fan of Erac, but if it's one type of job they pigeon hole their employees into..it's sales. I got a ton of calls for sales positions after Erac. So, I am also surprised your wife simply dismisses former eracers. Erac is a crap company, but sales is a definite focus while you're there. And I applied to a couple of insurance companies and even though Erac is related to insurance companies, it seemed it was much easier to get a sales job if I wanted. Erac is not JUST washing cars. I've argued that Erac doesn't give you much on a resume except retail management experience if you're applying for a non-sales job, but it does help for sales. It sounds like your wife may be dismissing some potentially good candidates due to personal feelings about Erac.
