Does anyone know how long after you start do you get your first paycheck?

Probably on the next pay date assuming that ERAC still pays every other Friday (been gone for 4 years). Although I say a lot of bad things about Enterprise, one thing I can say is that I always was paid on time.

You will get a check the first pay cycle that you work. Now having said that, your paychecks wont amount to shit!!! They get even better the higher you go..Its real nice to see your paycheck after spending 60+ at a branch not even cover your expenses

The pay cycle is every two week for work hours work one and two weeks prior. So you will have one of two scenario's

Scenario 1: You started the week after everyone was paid (i.e. you started monday, paychecks went out last friday). The next pay day (friday of next week) will only include payment for one week of work for you since the paycheck includes hours worked for the prior week paychecks went out (weren't working for ERAC yet) and the week that you started. It would take another pay period before you were to receive pay for two weeks of work.

Scenario 2: You started the week paychecks are going out (i.e. you start monday and this coming friday checks will be issued). You wouldn't get paid that week since it's for hours worked one and two weeks prior. However in the next pay cycle you would receive a check for full pay.

Do yourself a favor, check and re-check your pay, they will edit your time in their favor. Make sure you are paid for all the time you spend in ERAC hell. It's not much money but it's your money.

this is very true. i had several occasions where i worked well over 60 hours in a week but my hours were changed to be exactly 60 hours! ERAC is b.s.! Quit as soon as you can.
