Group 43 - Northeast Florida
Things are so bad in Group 43 that new hires are not required to have a college degree. To top this, on Sunday July 24th 2005 Group 43 ran an ad in the Florida Times Union Newspaper for branch managers. Two years of rental experience gets you an interview.

Here's another lie to add to the list: "we only promote from within."

MY OH MY, when the company starts hiring non-college grads, it kinda gives us college grads a warm and fuzzy feeling towards erac, doesn't it?

It just validates the point that this is a retail job painted as an "opportunity of a lifetime"....nothing more.

This is a perfect example of how erac changes the rules for whatever is convenient. Double standards is what this company's alll about! 1st, they sell erac as a huge opportunity for the elite to excel, and one must be college educated, this sure isnt a car wash job (as they wipe the suds from their tie in the interview) They do what is convenient to do. They will hold back a star because of politics, but they push through a non-performer who isn't qualifying for a position based on performance, but is best buds with the area manager or it fills some sort of void such as affirmative action concerns, etc.

They are all bad. Ones who are not fudge the number by holding on to stinkers.

Hire people fresh out of college and of course you'll see turn over. Most are just trying to get expierence.

out of 495 apple turnovers, 58 turned out to be blueberry ones - andy was most disappointed, since he was hoping the turnover rate would be closer to 38 cherry turnovers

Have you or do you know anyone that worked in St Augustine? I used to work there and wonder if anyone that I worked with is still around?

group 50 (phoenix az) has a one year retention of first year employees of 33%. Which means 7 out of 10 new hires quit within their first year.
