To whoever stated 42 isn't that bad, you must have not been there too long. I could name about 15 top managers that have left for better jobs. When I say top managers, the ones that lead consistently in OP, Net, ESQI and Fleet. If 42 would have done things a bit different over the past 2 to 3 years that would be 5 times ahead of where they are now. I know I know ERAC is turning a decent profit, but imagine the profit if they would have kept a few of the stars! I know of a number of branches that months after the manager left the fleet nearly split in half. Not because of the hurricanes but because the stars were replaced with flashlights!

Worked for 2 groups in FL. definently bad apples all around the giant Taylor tree. Hey, remember the picture of "big daddy" Jack in the model car with his little hand on his chin wondering what he will be doing when he grows up? I got an idea.....I'm gonna treat employees like garbage and make a bundle doin it!!

In GP01 last month they were giving away $1500 to any employee that got a poor college kid hired.

GP51 (especially region DD - Arkansas ) sucks big time as well. They have lost 8 BM and AM's just this summer ( since June 1 ). The HR person is the dumbest Ive seen. Needless to say, neither I nor 3 other BM that I know of didn't get a chance to fill out an exit interview. Explanation : she was out of town for a meeting.
The RRM is the fakest. No respect from anyone due to constant lies - "openings are coming soon", " promotions are in sight "......

Group 52 is one of the worst....All management is in hot water these days...lots of shady accounting and unhappy employees....
