What Group Has the Worst Turnover???

Every group has nasty turnover.....it's simply a shitty place to work.

turnover - isn't that what you have when you're on a diet from the ERAC breakfast of donuts?

U2 may have the worst retention in the company. It might be the worst in the UK and that takes some effort considering how badly things are going over here. 5 AM's and 7/8 BM's in 12 months. In total 6 level 3 have bailed. Can any group match that? I reckon only the mighty U6 could give U2 a run for their money in terms losing quality people!!!

oh U6 is a fucking disaster area.Believe me when I say that it is getting worse everyday.More people are waking up and realising what a nightmare it is to work at enterprise.I think off the top of my head I can think of 2 managers and 4 mts getting ready to jump ship.One is interviewing this week actually.Hope he gets it! As for me..well I just have to stick it out a few weeks more.I have a new gig lined up.

U1 area k did have 67% leave in a period of three months. Thats hard to beat
