Don't know about GP32 as a whole, but 32WW has the worst in GP32. If you meet the RVP and the RRM's for 32WW, you will know why turnover is so bad. I call them the tree stooges.

Group C3 - Ottawa is also pretty bad. They are not doing anything to keep
the employes. Beer and happy hours will not do it anymore!!!

Are you sure 32WW is worse than 32YY? 32YY has lost 5 branch managers in 3 months, and theres a few more coming.

A couple have gone into rental for HLE. For the most part, they all quit and found jobs with pharma companies.

I always found it highly amusing that C3 had so many happy hours. Talk about a receipe for disaster! Take what 10-15 branch managers, throw in 2 Area managers and who ever else is tagging along and what do you get? A bunch of employees have bombed racing home in their company cars!

I had so many funny memories of Ottawa. I met and worked with some awesome people, but my god the hours were long and the pay was garbage. But putting the phones on hold and playing baseball in the washbay was always a great way to make a rainy day go by fast!

I say that a lot of groups have high turnover. I worked for the company for about a year and I am sooooo happy I got out. You don't realize how good life is or can be until you leave. It was the worst career decision I ever made. I also found out from some unidentified sources that the company will spy on you and actually checks out talent banks such as Monster to find out if their employees are looking for other jobs because they know they suck and they know that their employees are miserable and and they know that when people realize that the company sucks and they do start to look for another job that there will always be some dumb college grad right behind them looking to get into a "good job" with a "great company".
