Orlando has the worst turnover. They like to fire branch and assistant managers. That way they can keep selling the dream at college campuses and be able to claim how fast you could get promoted. They leave out the fact that you have zero job security once you hit assistant manager, and the company could give a damn about you.

Hey, I went through 3 interviews and I did get the job. I start next week. The only reason I am going through ERAC is because I am truly trying to obtain a position as a pharmaceutical sales representative. 3 different pharm companies told me that if I can get Enterprise under my belt, that would greatly increase my chances of obtaining that position. To be honest this is my first time visiting this site so I can neither agree or disagree with the arguments I see because I have not extensive research on the matter. I guess my point is should I use this as a stepping stone to a carerr in pharm. sales. I have a B.S. in Biology. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ok, none of you have the right answer yet... It's group C4 - british columbia they are bottom of the barrel and have been for years. Thats the shits. They turnover more employees than they rent cars in a day.

I know in 2004 Group 20 had pretty high turnover, but since I don't see a whole lot of group 20 conversation in here it's probably not as rampant. I heard that 3 or 4 RVPs have been canned and replaced since then.
