If you are interviewing for ERAC the best way to catch the recruiter lying is to ask the recruiter which group has the worst turnover and what is the turnover for this group? Then the recruiter will say, "ERAC has an 88% retention", which is complete BS.

Atleast that was what the recruiters told me when I first got hired. After working one week I figured out it was a cold lie!

I also found out from some unidentified sources that the company will spy on you and actually checks out talent banks such as Monster to find out if their employees are looking for other jobs because they know they suck and they know that their employees are miserable and and they know that when people realize that the company sucks and they do start to look for another job that there will always be some dumb college grad right behind them looking to get into a "good job" with a "great company".
I know for a fact the company does this kind of thing because I was made to do it at one point. I was a BRM and one of my MT's (who was making about $26K/year, about the standard in that group) got caught with his resume on Monster.com. When I asked him about it, I had to give him the BS song and dance about "we want to do right by our employees, blah blah blah..." Yet we wouldn't actually increase his pay. He denied having posted it and said it must be an old resume or something. Whatever.

About a month later, he quit. He found an employer that liked the training ERAC had provided, and would pay him $42K/year and only make him work 45 hours a week. I told him "good for you," and for that I gotten written up. Douchebags.
