| Enterprise has a horrific turnover but have heard the Massachusetts group was the worst as employees are there for most two years... Can anyone tell me of a worst group or if the MA group really does have the worst turnover??? |

| It's been almost a year since I left ECRAP. I came from the Toronto Group C2. You want worst turnover???? How 'bout over 40 Branch Managers no longer working for the company, and that's not even counting AM's and below? And how 'bout an HR generalist who couldn't keep up with the exit interviews and so some did not get one? ( I didn't get an exit interview). You wanna see some crazy shit?......go look up C2! |

| The Group 43 Trainer mailed me my exit interview with a letter telling me he wished me well and to fill out the interview questions. I guess 43 has problems with keeping employees. One time VP Nester came into my branch and all he could talk about was employee retention. He asked, how did Enterprise find you? WOW It is only going to get worse for ERAC. We might see a lot more non degreed people working as MTs and given the whole brain job. Wow, ERAC thinking, maybe uneducated employees will "understand the Enterprise way of life better than those educated ones." |

| The first month I worked for ERAC the theme of our area meeting for the month was to celebrate that retention was at 100% for the previous month. I thought that was strange - what an odd thing to celebrate. Then the next month 3 employees left, then 2 the next month, then 3 more the next month, and then I was out of there. I quickly realized why they had a party for a month with 100% retention - a truly horrible company. |
