Don't Do It. For God Sakes, Don't Do It.

That was the advice given to me when I accepted the offer to join Enterprise when I graduated college. This advice was coming from the employee who referred me there. For some stupid reason, I still accepted.

If you are a good sales person and you're thinking about taking a job at ERAC, look elsewhere. They pump you full of expectations at making a six figure income within five years. If you can sell, you can find companies to work for were you can earn that much in your second, sometimes even first year. All this and you never have to work a Saturday, at night and you never have to back down to be nice just to get a good customer service score from some idiot you know is wrong.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t buy the lies they feed you.

PLEASE FROM A FORMER WORKER WHO HAS RECENTY QUIT IN THE SO CAL AREA WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS..DON'T DO IT, TRUST ME..ITS NOT WORTH IT TO JUST GET A JOB AND HOPE TO FIND ANOTHER ONE. CAUSE ONCE YOU JOIN THE CULT, ITS HARD TO GET OUT. SINCE I QUIT I FEEL NORMAL AGAIN.WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS SITE, LET ME TELL YOU THAT ITS ALL TRUE..EVERY LAST WORD. FROM THE RACISM I PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED AS A WORKER AND TO THE CUSTOMERS. IT JUST NOT WORTH IT. YOUR BODY WILL ACHE, YOU WILL BECOME A DEPRESSED PERSON IN SEARCH OF PROFESSIONAL HELP! IF THAT DOESN'T HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL. I JOIN BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS SITE BEFORE I WORKED THERE!

The single best day of my life was when I quit ERAC. Seriously, I'm not exagerating one bit.
