I was promised 26k per year to start with Enterprise...my W2 shows over that year I made ONLY $19,900. I have since left for a company (Financial Business) at entry level where I will make by the end of this year 50-60K...I REPEAT...AT ENTRY LEVEL!!! (Truth is they know how to share their money with employees through commission at all levels) Get this, they even do yearly evaluations for pay raises...WOW...you mean there are companies that do that? GO FIGURE HUH? I will get a bump up in my base pay by $1,000 at the end of my first month on the job as a newbie!!! By next year, my first full year, I should and will be making 80-100K per year!!!
To answer your other question...YES, they would have hired me without Enterprise experience cause they couldn't contact my Enterprise manager for a reference anyway...I knew I'd get fired If ERAC found I was job shopping. So they knew nothing of my Enterprise career, except for what was on the resume I posted. (I worked at ERAC just over a year)
The best part is I don't have to wear out nice clothes cleaning cars for customers who just cursed at me to my face anyway when I kept them waiting for hours for a reservation they made last March for a trip to Myrtle Beach. Just thought I'd throw in my side of things...THANKS!!!
