....don't get me wrong, your comments on Enterprise are valid.....but at least compare an employee working at McDonals in Mexico or someother third world country thats not a war zone....... .....just trying to keep the apples with the apples, lets leave the oranges out of it.......... |

| Lets be honest here. If you live to work and don't really care how you make your money ERAC is great. You get all the real world business/sales experiences you could want. This includes ridiculously long hours for too little money, needless stress (over renting cars for godsakes!!), plenty of incompetent people to work under and with, the opportunity to learn how to be "top seller", and the chance to have yourself stabbed in the back by booses/friends. Like I said real world bussiness experience. Half of the pro ERAC posts here were written by people who never worked for the Big Green Machine and the other half are from people who said "I really liked ERAC untill I left for a different industry". That has to say something right there. |

| 2 things... 1) YOUR = ((possession of)) YOU'RE = ((you are)) 2) I WISH I NEW ABOUT THIS SITE BEFORE I STARTED WORKING THERE!~!!! why didn't someone tell me sooner??? i started in FEB 06... |

| omgoshhhhhhh!!! im stunned!! i received a phone call from the recruiter today and I was thrilled, I have my interview on friday, But now after seeing all of these posts, I dont know if I want to work there anymore =( what a disappointment soo you work about 11 hours a day???? |

| Yes you do work very long hours and sometimes do not even get time for a lunch break. It's a lot of work and the company expects you to following their lead. It's not for everyone. I know some people who love working at ERAC and I know some people who hate it but are afraid to get out. I ended up getting out and am so happy I did. I just got burnt out. You need to make the decision for yourself and not listen to everything everyone says here. Perhaps it'll be the kind of position you are looking for, perhaps not. I know that it wasn't for me and now I am on to better things. Good luck. |

I do give ERAC credit for their ability to COMPLETLEY BRAIN-WASH desperate college grads who are trying to make a entry level position. THANK GOD you guys saved my life. NO wonder the stupid girl from CULVER CAREERS kept calling me to "prep" me for enterprise, "best training program" my NUT%#Q!!... i basically emailed the stupid recruiting supervisor for the area or whatever and canceled the 2nd interview with the ARM and gave a link to this site. www.failingenterprise.com what a slummy, shitty, crappy org. my hard earned degree (which i still have loans to repay for!!) and my whole college career working, is NOT supposed to lead to WASHING CARS and hearing STUPID FU$*(#KS... for a redicilous 49 -52 hours a week. wow, NUTS.... |
