They offerd me a position in NC as an MT. I have not started yet. I just want to know if agreeing to an offer over the phone is binding or if I can get out of it.

I happen to stumble upon this website while I was bored on the internet and all I have read is people complaining about the company and how they either hated working for Enterprise or hate working for Enterprise. So I decided to ask for some help because I don't want to start my career at a company that has so many unhappy employees. It appears to me that one of the reasons this website exists is to warn people about this company and when someone ask for advice you attack them? That is some serious bullshit. If all you want to do attack a person over the internet, which shows some serious balls by the way, please rethink your life and how pathetic you are. Try saying that shit face to face, then maybe I'll respect your opinion, but until then I am sure you are content with THINKING you are a tough guy. So if there is anyone out there with sound advice please help me.

My advice to you is this: read as much as you want to read here, ask all the questions you want answered, believe what you want, and dismiss the rest. If what you read here doesn't make up your mind for you, then I guess the only way for you to truly find out what ERAC is all about is to try it out yourself. Then come back and share your experience and let us know who was right about ERAC. My experience with ERAC sucked ass, but I don't regret a single day of it. Pay no mind to the jackasses who come here to talk shit and act like pricks.

Accepting an offer is NEVER binding. Your employment is "At Will", meaning you are employed at the will of the company and at your own will. Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason without notice. If you are seriously doubting your desire to work for ERAC, don't waste your time or theirs by showing up.
