no-one can tell you not to work somewhere, true they might have hated working for ERAC. the best way for you to decide if you want to work there is to work there and see what experience you have. some people must enjoy it and get some success out of it so if you put the effort in you will get something out of it, even if that is just the fact you can put it on a CV in a few months time. you never know if people are just on here stirring things up because they got fired from ERAC or because they had a complete ass of a CM or BM bitching at them every day. if you work at a branch with an understanding manager im sure you will get something out of it. over 60000 employees work for ERAC im sure not all of them are unhappy. try it, if u hate it jack it in and move on, if u like it work hard and see where u can go.
