I agree. Excellent post. I wouldn't say that you won't learn anything. But what you learn isn't worth what they will pay.

Certainly in my branch there are some real dumbasses, people who have absolutely no ability to see another person's point of view. It was a real shock for me to come out of university and experience that kind of ignorance.
You make a great point. Eloquence is not an attribute of a career ERAC employee, therefore you will hear no phrase more articulate than "can't hack it" or "make it happen," or the classic "my ARM makes 80K." Also, the poor grammar, spelling, and punctuation in posts made by those defending ERAC are a dead giveaway.

I have read in a couple posts that the enterprise management training is actually relatively highly regarded by other employers....Is this actually true? Have you had trouble finding other jobs after working at enterprise for a year?
Because I'm thinking about just dealing with it for a year as longs as its a means to a better end

guess what? if someone offers you a job over the phone and you accept, and they tell you to report to work on monday, but you go online and see thousands of people telling you firsthand how much the jobs SUCKS, and you decide not to show up for your first day after all, it wasnt very binding, was it???

haha, my branch manager admitted one time at a company happyhour that she was a stripper for 6 months in college

Just a little bit of statistical analysis is all.
that wouldnt make any sense either. the people amount of people that quit within their first 3 years is riduculously high, its got to be lik 95%
