| They offered me a position as management trainee with a very good basic salary (Euro 2560 a month) and great carreer possibilities It would be a good salary if you worked say, 45-50 hours a week plus a bit of PAID overtime here and there. But you don't. The only way you benefit from it is learnin how to run a business. Unfortunately it means seeing what ERAC do and doing the exact opposite. |

| I worked there for five years in the Washington DC area. There are several things that I liked about the job, the friends I made, the money, and the experience. I left there two years ago and had no problem finding a job, the recruiters really liked the fact that I had worked for Enterprise. I will say that the green machine recruiters can be very misleading when talking to potential candidates, promising a land of milk and honey....JOKE! It is a tough job, very, very long hours, and very demanding. When it is all said and done at the end of the day you are viewed as an "expendable" asset by your managers. Everything has to be taken with a grain of salt. I strongly advise any potential recruits to visit a branch, talk to people that work there, and to be prepared for 60-70 hour weeks. It is the norm, forget going to the beach in the summer or on vacation, this is the busy season. Forget about seeing your friends or family during the week. In the office by 630-700 out by 700-730. It can begin to take over your life. I have since left, currently enrolled in Grad school, and working for a law firm. I have been "E" free for quite some time and loving it. Best of luck to those folks that choose to work for the green machine. |

This is a very good and succinct post. I swear I did not post this but think I have found my twin in this person. Thank you for a simply put run-down of Enterprise. It is pretty precise. __________________ Hey, hows about a little somethin', ya know, for the effort. Last edited by Heartland Girl75; 2005-06-01 at 20:40. |

| Very intelligent responses. Your use of repeated colorful adjectives truly shows you understanding of the english language. I am sure you past teachers and professors are very proud. Do you feel better after your posting? Sounds like a lot of pent up rage and limited IQ. |
