trust me--don't do it...there is so much more out there. you just need to look really hard. your life will be ruined. ask around about the employee turnover rate. to my knowledge, there aren't very many companies that have so much hate mail on a website! i am so glad i don't work there anymore. i left as an Assistant Manager which really means that my pay was cut and i worked more hours.

Currently I am an Assistant Manager with Enterprise. Yes, I made it. haha, so they tell me. i'm on my way up. then why am i desperately searching for a new job? fact: 1. you dress up every day, slacks, shirt and tie.... very uncomfortable. 2. you wash cars, get sweaty, and take a whole bunch of shit from customers. 3. you work 55-60 hours a week. EVERY WEEK. 4. OVERTIME- EVERYDAY. current schedule. 7am-6:30pm MON- Fri 8am-1pm Sat. (every other) 5. when your at work.. you work. NOTHING ELSE BUT ENTERPRISE. check e-mail? where?! no internet. 6. someone calls in sick... your office is short staffed... sucks. 7. you want to take an unpaid day off to rest... nope, you get hella shit for wanting to take a day off to relax. the pay? it does get better. You end up making decent money and have some money to spend. but to be honest.... if i work 55-60 hours a week i expect to have some money. NOW.... the good.. 1. good experience... working here shows you work hard and are motivated. 2. good training in damage control and spin. work for 6 months... learn and leave. don't get stuck like me. its been a little over 1 yr, and i'm out soon.

I am a ex erac member of 3 months. It is not at all exagerrated. This is true stuff. I was lucky enough to get out quick and not waste alot of my time. I was paid $9.75 wkg 10hr days. It is a scam on the desperate for work and they try to make it look like it is a great establihment. FALSE! It is a sweat house. You cannot justify the hrs and the pay for someone who is educated. For those who are educated wkg there I have to question thiers and my intellect and what did I really learn in college. I am worth more that 10 bucks an hr. SORRY!!!!! NO CAN DO (ANYMORE)_! I have a great job w/Verizon making mor ethat double working less and a life!

What about the totally humiliating marketing strategies of this company too. How the second someone says "ARM on his/her way" someone has to go out marketing. But the ERAC form of marketing is to go to a supermarket, buy a load of donuts and walk up to the checkouts and get other customers and the checkouts operator looking at you in some strange way. It's so humiliating. Then go on to a bunch of accounts, and by giving them the donuts your saying here get fat and at the same time give us your business please!!!! Does this really require me to have a college degree???? This is something that my 12 year old brother or sister could do.

If we can just save ONE person from making the mistake we did by accepting the job, this site has served a valid purpose. It will save a lot of employee's aggravation, and hell, maybe even prevent some liver damage...or maybe a marriage!! My bet is this site is educating hundreds of potential hires monthly to avoid this deal at all costs....and for that Admin...this Bud is for you! (by the way....Sober for 956 days since that last erac happy hour and still going strong...LOL) This site has so much activity from former employees compared to other companies because this company flat out SCREWS employees...and sells it to them like they are the best company ever created. It wasn't a normal work experience by any means. New college grads are taken advantage of BIGTIME....and people don't forget something like that. That is why there is so much anger in these posts. Employees got used and abused, turned and burned..., and we just dont want it to happen to others....PERIOD. Whether or not that was the original intention for Admin's website or not....you have to agree that there are A LOT of pissed off employees....more than a normal company. You are correct brainwashed eracer's..it's not normal that there would be this many former employees of a company complaining.....willing to spend personal time to bring their experiences to light, but I think many would agree with me that they ARE willing to do it because they were treated THAT BADLY by this company. I think their employment practices are BARELY legal. Example: Whats the deal with "SALARY...plus overtime" anyway???? That makes NO SENSE! you are paid HOURLY...take your salary divided by 80 hours (bi monthly) and there you go...HOURLY...plus overtime. They just don't want to tell you that because it comes out to such a ridiculous wage per hour. You realize that resulted from an employment wage lawsuit too, right? Interviewee's...wanna have some fun??...try this: Have a branch manager explain to you IN DETAIL how overtime is calculated. Have them break it down....in detail. They can't! Don't let them off the hook. Keep asking them what the hourly overtime wage is. It is COMICAL and you will see what a joke this company really is. Even worse...there are a large percentage of managers that don't even know what their employees base pay levels are in general (lets forget overtime cause none of them know it) ...and these are the BRANCH MANAGERS...your potential BOSS!
