If i told how long i worked for the company you might just be able to figure out who i am and that would be a bad thing. I get off work at 6 every night and often go see a movie or do somthing else fun. Successful people live to work look at the statistics the average business owner works 16 hour days 5 days a week. Look it up in the july 16th issue of the wall street journal. people in this day and age make me sick. Look back at when people were happy like the 50's for example they did more phyiscal labor and longer hours and still had good happy lives. now days people look at work as if it is a burden. I on the other hand think of work as a way to prove your worth. And to the bugerking mcdonalds guy you may be right but if i worked there i would still strive to be the best at what i do. and just for the record a shirt and tie gets more ladies then a burgerking uniform. People in this generation have no work ethic. My point is that no matter what you do or how many hours you work you should always stive for greatness weather it be flipping burgers or writting contracts. i have never seen another company that can go from a 30thousand starting wage to a 66thousand dollar salary in only 4 years. Show me another company that can make that claim and maybe i will leave this company and go there until then i will continue to put my nose to the grindstone. remember college when we all had to study for hours sometimes days just to succeed and we paid them. no put that same effort in to enterprise and you can go far fast.

I'll tell you a company that increases salary....I started working at Sears for $6.25 and hour folding clothes in the womans department. In ONE year I was making $20 an hour selling appliances. I made $40,000 last year, worked only 30 hours a week, went to school on my days off, got insurance, 3 weeks of paid vacation, and company match 1.5% of the first 5% of my contributions. If I ACTUALLY tried to kiss customers asses, I would be making the $65,000 that my co-worker made last year. Let's just say I made more money during college than all you made with a degree at enterpise. SUCKERS!!!!

What made me realize I was in the wrong industry was when I was driving this worthless piece of human life home after he dropped off a rental. He said to me, "your job is pathetic and worthless". When I asked him what he did for a living, he told me he was slicing deli meat at ShopRite. After that conversation, I left and never looked back. I make 3 times the amount and go to A&P for my food.

No worries there my man, no test so keep smoking! You'll get to know all kinds of dealers at erac too, they'll be your best customers. Every once in the while they'll forget some hippie lettuce in their car, make sure your car prep guy turns it in to you,so you can take the appropriate action.

You know what the scary thing is.....you don't even need a college diploma to work there. Supposedly they have "strict" hiring practices. They'll accept some dope that has NO degree but 4 years work related experience. They could be selling fertilizer at garden store and they would take them. There's a good reason why your customer service may be in the toilet.

Some Day I Will Probably Move On From Enterprise, But Until Then, I Am Going To Refer New Recruits, Refer Car Sales, And Upsell Stupid Customers With A Smile On My Face, Because Thats The Fucking Job, And I Took It.
