| U624 EMPLOYEE is a legend. Everything he says is true. |

| Can I just say, I was thinking about joining ERAC, then I went on a branch visit for my final interview...I was shocked to see there wasn't even a space to put your stuff, let alone take a break! No one had any lunch while i was there, and I was there for 6 hours (health and safety?? A break every 3 or 4 hours I think!) I thought I smelled a rat, I had a bad gut-feeling, so I thought I'd see if there was any online info from employees... So glad I found this site, it confirmed all of my suspicions. Thanks for saving what would have been 6 wasted months of my life (though I see someone else only lasted 7 weeks!). I know what I'll tell them if they offer me a place, thanks for making the decision easier on my conscience. Quite a few ppl didn't make it past assessment day, they must've been gutted, but no worries, they're probably better off elsewhere. |

| Just say No!!! Do not take the job. It is not worth it. The reason this site is so scary is because a lot of us have lived it. It doesn't matter what side of the pond you are on the company is the same everywhere. Unless you are "hard up" for money...don't do it. I am sure there are other jobs out there. | OH MY GOSH!! Thank goodness I found this site!!! I was contacted by an employment agency and she was pushing ERAC to me so hard. i refused, but i thought i'd give it a chance since all the other jobs I was looking for didn't specify whether or not potential candidates needed a college degree. And now after reading all these things from former employees, I am sooo gonna call and cancel my appointment! I'm a hard worker, oh yes I am, but from everything I've read about the overtime and pension plans....I'm outies! And did you guys really always get wasted after work all the time? I'd like to say I'm worth more than $10+ an hr at ERAC. And from those people that work at ERAC and complain that our gen has gone lazy...so what? what can i say...i have hobbies and I have to be in the gym atleast 5 days a week and i can't do that if I eat pizza for lunch everyday and drown my sorrows in alcohol after work. i love having a life, my family, friends, my boyfriend, and I am not about to waste it all for renting cars for a living. So THANKS GUYS!!!!! |

| ********** DO NOT DO IT!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! DO NOT DO IT!!! ***** Here are a few reasons for why you should NOT work for the German operations: 1) If you are a numbers person: Retention-EVERYBODY LEAVES. Their retention is embarrassing. Worst in the whole world! They are losing more and more money every year and it is affecting their judgement and their motivation. Many can't leave because their is nothing else at the moment, but if they have the chance (including upper mgt) they will bail as quick as possible. 2) Work environment: You are a ticket writing Monkey. You work 60-72 hourse per week. (They tell you 48/week..Bullshit!) It is demeaning and utter Crap. Use your hard earned degree for something else. 3) Ethics: Whatever..it works like this. If they like you, then you will do ok for a few months. As soon as you have a few bad numbers, then they start the pressure till you get fed up or you are fired eventually. It is ALWAYS like this. Don't believe the hype from the recruiters or the hogwash from the "upper mgt" They are not getting paid anything also but would like for you to believe otherwise. ******** DON'T DO IT.......DON'T DO IT....... DON'T DO IT *********** |
