Hey, Walmart is a great company with a great future, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to work for them.

yea hertz is olny at airports and they are just starting to move to other area's ERAC has BEEN in other area's. also the all the hertz cars are fords maybe some people dont like ford. also does hertz own alamo and national...NO because ERAC is better and is #4 on best places to work at.

P.S:Enterprise will never go under with there 3 stores in glen burnie alone.

also does hertz have box trucks...NO

So everbody go to ENTERPRISE because they are EVERYWHERE insted of just airports.

whoever wrote this said they work there tails off at ERAC know why...THEY HAVE MORE THAN 1 STORE!! they aren't just in airports. so everone GO TO ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR WITH GOOD CARS.

ohh yes Mr.Hertz lets all talk about people who make mistakes when typeing it's called when you type fast you don't realize you ae spelling things wrong. ok i'll share another AMAZING success story. did i mention that ERAC has about 20 stores in group 18 alone NOT JUST IN AIRPORTS LIKE HERTZ. lets put it this way yes i do make ALOT at ERAC because they have maney to pay me if they were like Hertz they would olny have stores in the airports to get money to pay there employe's. If we (ERAC) wanted to we could purchase the amazing hertz as you say it is. but however we don't want to be the olny rent a car company in america because than we wouldent have any compitition. Also does hertz have a rental place in las vegas...they might but they don't have Bentlys and such exotic cars. so once again ERAC is better and ERAC is not worried if you do put stores in the citys and such because you will never have as much stores as ERAC!!!!

Thats for SURE

how was the amazing success story. oh and why don't you share a success story about makeing crap money at your favorite place Hertz.

I worked for HERTZ for 8 years. Yes, they did treat me like slave labor, (I worked in IT) but I enjoyed the work and loved the people I worked with. After FORD gave HERTZ away things looked like they would be ok until last January when they started laying people off. I made it through all the lay offs and was waiting to hear them say, ok we're finished. They never did. Mark Frizzora stated that "When people are afraid of loosing there jobs, they will work harder." So after having worked there for 8 years I quit. Mr Frizzora I am no longer afraid of loosing my job. Now, I work 40 hours a week instead of 60 to 80 hours per week and the pay is better. I guess you did me a favor. I still miss the people I worked with and would consider going back when frizzora and his cronies are done rapeing HERTZ. It might be fun to try to put it back together again.

Do not work for any rental car places. I remember being proud of getting hired at Hertz...i was hired in 1 interview, I thought I was the shit. Then I got to wash cars in my nice business suits, run around like an idiot, having customers yell at me...the worst customers are the ones you get from dealerships like Mercedes, Infiniti, Cadillac...etc. They treat you like shit.

I did not get 4 year college degree to drive people around like i'm a Taxi

I did not get a college degree to wash cars

I did not get a college degree to learn how to scam customers

I did not get a college degree to be a Car Rental employee

Sure, some people make good money after a while but at what cost? Scamming customers..etc.

I remember working for Hertz....a family came in to rent a car for a funeral they were attending. They requested an SUV that would seat 6 passengers in their family. Of course we weren't prepared for the reservation and we ended up putting them in 2 cars instead, a Ford Mustang and a Chevy Cavalier.

If you have a conscience and morals, you will not work for a Rent-a-car place.

Alot of HLE is run by ex-eracers. HLE even copied the career path of ERAC. Your right, car rental blows no matter what.
