I have news for you ERAC supporters.
People do not get fired at ERAC….
ERAC recruit heavily, actually beg for new staff, because their current employees are tomorrow’s ex-employees, just because it does not take long to see the BS that ERAC is all about, and they leave, they resign, NOT FIRED.
ERAC could not afford to fire their low paid employees.
How else would their highly paid managers make their living?

I am a car prep at enterprise and sometimes I like to refer to myself as their "Car Bitch" cause I bust my ass for shit pay and all I do is clean! All I do is get bossed around and Im expected to do a good job. Well....I am starting to realize this company is full of crap. I have worked for Enterprise for over 3 years now being a car prep and not once....NOT ONCE have I gotten reconized for my hard working efforts. I am outside in 42 degrees weather cleaning cars while I sweat my little ass off and in the 3 years I have been working there not once have I gotten a raise. The MT's get a raise but not car preps. I understand we are just part time, yet I do work full time hours but Enterprise dosent want to give Car Preps benefits. Well thank you very much!! I am actually getting very tired of being a Car Prep cause I work too hard to the peice of crap wage I get. It would be really nice if they actually reconized us for SOMETHING!!!! Apparently I am part of the GROUP and BRANCH but I find that hard to belive when Im not invited to any of the Enterprise outtings, and when they take pictures of the BRANCH...guess who is the one taking the picture? ME!!! But I am appart of the Branch, yeah thats a crock of crap if Ive ever heard one. And Im sick of people just saying "But your Just a Car Prep" ya that makes me feel fantastic. I can tell my hard efforts are very apppreciated by the my manager and the people who work in my branch. I know you guys all know about ESQI...well apparenly I play a role in ESQI and when our ESQI (and by the way I dont give a flying poop about ESQI) goes down I hear about it and when our ESQI goes up.....everyone in the branch gets rewarded for it. Like going out to the movies or something on the company but is the Car Prep rewarded or even envited to this whole ESQI going up outting?? NOPE!!!!! Thanks alot Enterprise for making your Car Preps feel appreciated!!! Now, I am off to work to clean cars and feel like Im worthless!!!

Have you even worked there before?!?! In almost 3 years of working there I saw at least 10 people asked to leave! They mainly fire people when they "get off the plan". Which actually means, they grow a brain and come out of the Matrix. That allows them to see what is really going on there, thus making them expendable to the company. They don't want free thinkers there.

Car Prep,

The car prep or lot attendants as they were called in my old group were pretty solid. The last branch I worked at before I quit, the guy worked his ass off and was a huge part of our team. The branch employees recognized that, but the upper management didn't and could care less. To them, he was just some $7-8/hour car washer that could be replaced. We would push for him to get a raise, but were told that it wasn't up to us and the group rental manager would have to authorize it..which he never did. Not all branch employees feel the lot attendants are not essential to the success of the branch. They are very much appreciated by many. But the problem is...the ones that have all the power don't appreciate them for shit. My advice to you is to look for other opportunites elsewhere at whatever it is you are interested in or qualified for. A solid lot attendant is much more valuable to a branch than many people realize.

Exactly. I don't care if its Junior High, Elementary or High School...the truth is what it is, plain and simple. Geez, he was in his third year, duh (or Donny Dutchbag)...profit sharing, pump them up and cut them off like a mad rabbi at a gone wrong circumscision, lol. Have fun with this one Yockey!

Congratulations at being bought in, just so you know if you think 50k by your third year is something to brag about, i have recently left enterprise on my own terms, got on with another Fortune 500 company where i make 32k a year to start but based on performance after 5 months i can make another 8-12k more a year. Management by 16months, and all managers are based at 100k. And did i mention it's only 44 hrs/week?
BTW, if you defend the company at any capacity you do bleed green.
