The reality of ERAC is...

65 hours a week, 24k a year, food stamps, HUD housing and watching yourself DIE. Fuck that place. I spent 2 years with it, then realized I was a loser, wasting my life for a shit company.

I'm much better off now, and a world away from scamming old ladies into an extra 15 bucks a day insurance on some goddamned pick-up truck.

I am right around 90-95 package points for hawking this worthless protection crap for the unlikely chance that I don't find a job right away and I might need to hang around for a short time. And by the way I know people who didn't go to college and are making more than your pidley 50k. Go have some more green Kool-aid!!!

Seems like Nigel's got it right, not everyone with complaints are "former" employees. Many of us are current employees who simply do not buy into this "bleeding green" rhetoric or weigh our self worth by our ability to pat a customer on the back with one hand and grab for their wallet with the other.
Sometimes its not about the money- there truly is a such thing as principle.

Wow! ya'll have some time on your hands. I work for the company, don't bleed green by any means but I started out as an mt and have worked 3 years for the co. made 30 my first year 40 my second and will finish with fifty my third year and I'm only an assistant manager. Is this just people who were fired for shady shit, or people who couldn't sell damage waiver well enough and are pissed? just curious.
I am only a year and a half out of school and have a 50K base salary, anything over 40 hours I get OT for. And I had so-so grades in college at a University most people have never even heard of. (small private school)

Also, my company is paying for me to get my real MBA (100%). Instead of the "virtual MBA w/out the IOU", I get the real thing without an IOU.

I went on 2 interviews with Enterprise before I found this site. Thank goodness I did and said NO THANKS!! 50K in your 3rd year with the hours you work?
