ERAC has not won an award in nearly a decade.....It was so funny when I was being interviewed they told me they were voted a top company to work for in like 1999....at the time that was 4 years before.I found it slightly odd to say the least!

Does Andy bust out his rendition of Ice Ice Baby at the Orlando meeting? I bet he follows that up with those classic one time hits: Rico Suave, Jump Around, Whip It, and I'm Too Sexy.

I can see it now. Andy comes out with the Gerardo shades and the Vanilla Ice 80's hairdo singing "I'm too sexy for this rental car. Too sexy for this rental car by far" while he jumps around with his hands raised in the air.

Hey Enterprise Makes a lot of money I won't deny that. The fact is they make 65% of there operating profit from there cars they sell----not from the cars they rent. Enterprise does suck to work for---they are cheap-underpaying there employees and over working them---letting one person do the work of three. Enterprise does not treat there employees well and Enterprise is not a place to build a career. It's a terrible job---I would rather go pump shit from porter potties than work any more for Enterprise. Enterprise sucks the life out of you---makes you gain weight, will depress you, will hurt or ruin relationships---plus the promotions are not fair!!! I came to enterprise because they told me it was going to be based on performance and not politics---but in reality they are like any other company---they will only move there "good old boys" up in the company. THey make a lot of money and will continue to make a lot of money by lying to there employees and offering them broken promises. Oh on top of that I have seen cars there were very dangerous to drive be rented at enterprise---it happens all the time. ON top of that there cars smell of urine and smoke because most of there customers are dirt bags--that's who enterprise has targeted--the people with very little money and no cars. Decent human beings rent clean cars from Hertz and Avis. Enterprise is the whore of the rental car market.

I agree that one can make a lots of money at Enterprise if he or she can dodge the dirty politics. They do promote the "good ole drinking buddies or the sleeping around bitches". For instance, Michael Sturdivant is a GRM in Kansas City and I don't know how in hell he got to the position where he is at. This man can't even speak or utter a word clearly. On top of that, he hires and promotes his kind who are completely incompetent with only few exceptions. This idiot keeps losing his employees almost every two months because he ain't know shit about management. When I worked for the same company in Jefferson City, they had much better appreciation for their employees. However, they completely ruined it in Kansas City. Employees are overworked, always tired, they have no life but to chase cars, clean cars and deal with cheap fucking neighborhood customers. Mike Sturdivant is a prime example of an unleashed monkey who can't tell the difference between his mouth and his butthole. I know he will lose more employees because he is a liar. His ESQI will also drop and his OP will go to hell with him. On the other hand, I do respect Dwayne and Kent. Tony may occassionally nibble on Janet's nipples but he is an ok man. I quit Enterprise (no no no I didn't get canned) because of poor management in Kansas City. KC Erac sucks!!!!!!
