| I would say poor compared to other entry level positions for college grads. No 401k match is a real problem, they claim that the profit sharing makes up for this but it takes seven years to fully vest and most employees don't stay longer than 3 years so it's completely useless. Their medical and dental is adequate and their vacation policy is terrible. The best benefit as far as I could determine was their dress for success program, basically an interest free loan paid out over 6 or so paychecks, the first one you initiate is done at a 50% discount, and each thereafter is generally discounted to a certain degree as well depending on the vendor you select. I made sure to sign up one last time before splitting. |

| The benefits are completely barbaric. You use some no name health provider that charges you an arm and a leg for basic doctor visits. I had to have blood taken and I was charged close to $1,000. As for the 401k, they don't match anything (which most companies do now). Also, they have some stupid profit sharing program. Because turnover is so high, less than a 1/4 of the employees ever recieve any of that money because it takes SEVEN years to become fully vested. It's ridiculous! |

I don't how it was in your group, but in my group we had UnitedHealthcare, with a $20 or $25 doctor visit copay. I hardly consider UnitedHealthcare a "no name health provider." |
